Registration
A registration is confirmed once payment clears and we email you a confirmation. Spots are limited and filled in the order they come in — Cosmic Court is capped at 100 players.

Registering for Goteicon, buying general admission, or entering Cosmic Court means you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Tickets
General admission covers entry for one person for the day. Tickets are personal to you but may be transferred to someone else if you let us know the new name before the event.

Conduct
Treat players, staff, and fans with respect. Harassment, threats, and fighting end your day at the event with no refund. Crew decisions on site are final.

Refunds and cancellations
If you can no longer make it, contact us and we will work out a refund or a transfer to another player. If we cancel or postpone an event, registered players and ticket holders get the choice of a full refund or a spot at the rescheduled date.
Schedule changes
Times, venues, brackets, and line-ups can change. We announce changes on this site and by email to everyone registered, so use an address you actually check.
Cosmic Court eligibility
Cosmic Court is a 1v1 tournament. Every player registers individually, plays their own games, and checks in on the day with the name they registered under. Substitutions must be cleared with the hosts before the bracket is drawn.
Playing at your own risk
Basketball is a contact sport. You are responsible for your own fitness to play and for your own gear. Come warmed up, come hydrated, and tell a host if you get hurt.
Filming and likeness
By attending you agree that we may film and photograph the event and use that coverage to promote Goteicon. See Privacy if you would rather not appear.
This site
Prices, dates, and details on this site are kept as accurate as we can, but sample and placeholder content appears while the programme is still being built. The confirmation email you receive is the record that counts.
